Backstory Myceliana left Kyonin as an emissary from the court to establish new ties to neighboring nations. She was not the most successful of her fellows, having a not especially accomodating personality. She gradually grew envy of her more successful colleagues. At the peak of her resentment, a gecko appeared to her, and she felt from it emotion just as strong, and just as hateful, as her own. It gave her power. That night she used the power to curse one of her rivals, and she left. She took a new name and struck out on her own. In time she joined the Pathfinder Society.
